Welcome to the parent-teacher booking system for Evangeline Middle School (EMS).
Parent-Teacher appointments - online BOOKING site IS OPEN from 7 am on Friday November 28th, 2025 until Wednesday December 17th at noon - If you need assistance, please call the school at 902-681-4910
1. Create an account (REGISTER - the button is under the Login) using your email address.
2. Enter your child(ren) and then
3. Schedule meeting times.
Each meeting is for 10 minutes at EMS. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment time.
To register for an account, click on the "REGISTER" tab below the LOG IN Box. On Friday November 28, schedules will be open for booking appointments. Until then, you can register and add your students and have a look around, but you will not be able to schedule appointments until November 28th.
Appointments will take place on Wednesday December 3rd (6-8 pm) and on Thursday December 4th (1-3 pm). If there are no times suitable for you when you book, you may put your name in the "email" box and the teacher will look for a mutually agreeable alternative time.
NOTE: Appointments Online will remain open until December 17th due to the evening appointments being rescheduled to Wednesday Dec 17th. There may still be spots available! Log on to see!
